Search for the account
Open Find people from the feed and search using the person’s name or handle. Check the profile before following, especially if several accounts have similar names.
Use a profile link or QR code
The QR control in Find people gives access to the profile-code flow. A shared profile link is another way to open the intended account without searching for its spelling.
Follow and review
Use the follow control to follow the account. Following does not mean you have shared your own private measurements or food diary. What other people see depends on your profile and posting choices.
Manage unwanted interactions
Use the relevant profile or post controls to manage an unwanted account or report a concern. You can review blocked accounts in Settings.
