Open Train
Go to Train and use the + control to create a workout. Give it a name that will make sense when you return to it. A session name such as “Lower A” is easier to distinguish from “Lower B” than two workouts called “Legs”.
Free includes three saved routines. If you reach that limit, Gorivo offers an upgrade before you build another routine. Guided programme sessions do not use those three slots.
Add the exercises
Choose exercises from the library and check the equipment and movement. Add the sets and targets you want to use. Record a warm-up as a warm-up set rather than leaving its purpose ambiguous.
Arrange exercises in the order you intend to perform them. If you use supersets or larger exercise groups, check the grouping and order before saving.
Choose the group
Use an existing workout group or create a new one for related sessions. A group organises your library; it is not a completed workout or a record that you have trained.
Start and record
Start the saved workout when you are ready to train. Record your actual performance and finish the session to add it to your history. If you only edit the saved routine, that does not mean a session has been completed.
